1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns on most items within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

- The item must be in its original packaging, including any tags, labels, or accessories that came with it.
- The item must not be final sale or marked as non-returnable. Some items, including sale items or gift cards, may be excluded from the return policy.

2. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Tracking Information: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking information.
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Full Refund: If your return meets the requirements, you will receive a full refund for the purchase price of the item(s), excluding the original shipping costs.
